Set of 20 DPR Radon dosimeters for the integrated measurement of the volumic activity of atmospheric Radon, according to standard ISO 11665-4.

APPLICATIONS :

Detection of Radon in the atmospheric environment of residences and public buildings.
Monitoring all type of environment.

• Closed passive detector. The radon enters a detection volume by diffusion (through the walls for the DPR3 and through a specific membrane for the DPR2.
• Uses a LR115 T2 Type solid-state nuclear track detector made of cellulose nitrate.
• Equipped with a manual switch for starting and stopping the measurement.
• The integrity of the measurement is obtained by a locking mechanism.
• Operating temperature 0°C to +40°C.
• Carbon charged polystyrene casing. Diameter 59mm; high 53mm; weight 22g.
• Passive sampling with delayed processing by ALGADE laboratory.
• DPR are provided by ALGADE laboratory,
• Exposure of DPR in the atmosphere for an advised period of 2 months,
• Reception of detectors in the ALGADE laboratory,
• Treatment of the detectors under EN ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards,
• Calculation of volumic activity expressed in Becquerels per m3 of air (Bq/m3),
• Publishing of an analysis report.

Measurement range:
For a 2 months exposure time: from 20 Bq/m3 to 20 000 Bq/m3.
